Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Islamabad

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Summary: 

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting
project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure successful
project execution. This role involves collaborating closely with project teams,
assisting with project documentation, and managing timelines of MS Projects. The
ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
and a solid understanding of MS Project.


Key Responsibilities:

    1. Documentation and
      Reporting:
      • Maintained project
        documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project
        logs, ensuring all files are up-to-date and organized.
      • Generate and distribute
        regular progress reports using MS Project and other tools, communicating
        key project metrics and milestones. 
    1. Reconciliation and
      acceptance data collection:
      • Maintain and track
        record of all monthly activities in all regions and complete all
        documents till acceptance.
      • All acceptances are completed within the timeline.
      • Data Analysis (Data
        collection and compilation to present to PM)
      • Reporting/Monitoring.
      • Follow-up on daily and
        special Tasks (Operations) Update on customer escalated issues.
      • Support the recruitment
        process by assisting in job postings, candidate screening, and interview
        coordination
      • Assist in HR
        record-keeping and will verify it with Huawei system data every month. 
    1. Communication and
      Coordination:
      • Act as a central point
        of contact for project communication among all regional teams.
      • Schedule and organize
        project meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes,
        highlighting action items and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in
      Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of
      experience in project coordination or management.
    • Skills and Competencies:
      • Proficiency in MS
        Project for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
      • Strong organizational
        skills and attention to detail.
      • Must have Huawei OWS,
        Mateline and ISDP knowledge
      • Excellent written and
        verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to manage
        multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Familiarity with
        project management methodologies.
