Job Title: DT Engineer

Location: Islamabad

Company: Talkpool Company (LCC)

Job Summary: 

We are hiring DT Engineers (RF Engineer L-3) for Islamabad with at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities include conducting Single Site Verification (SSV), performing network tests (GSM, UMTS, LTE), supervising RF site audits, addressing customer complaints, and managing site swaps. Proficiency in tools like GENEX Probe, Nemo Outdoor, and R&S is required. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and strong communication skills are essential. 5 positions available

Key Responsibilities of DT Engineer:

  • Conducted pre-drive and post-drive tests for single-site verification using operator-defined parameters.
  • Perform stationary DL/UL throughput tests, call tests, SMS tests, and mobility drives for various mobile network technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE).
  • Supervise RF Site Audits as needed, including checking azimuth, electrical tilt (E-Tilt), and mechanical tilt (M-Tilt) to improve signal strength and quality.
  • Handle all RF-related customer complaints and site swap cases to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize RF engineering software tools such as GENEX Probe, GENEX Assistant, Nemo Outdoor, and R&S for Drive Testing.

Basic Qualification from DT Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills for local customer interactions and reporting.
