Contract Duration: 6 Month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Operations Executive to support the reporting and management of operational activities across the North Circle. This role involves maintaining a centralized database, monitoring key performance indicators, and working closely with Field Operations Managers and stakeholders to ensure network stability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining Centralized Data base of Complete Power Infrastructure
    • Monthly TCH% Tracking Performance at Circle Level
    • Tracking of Fueling of sites w.r.t Target and generating Alert to concerned POC to take timely action
    • Tracking of Return of Investment and intimate to Concern POC for corrective measures
    • Visualizing return of investment (ROI) CAPEX/OPEX
    • Tracking of all running Power projects from equipment tracking till the deployment phase
    • Day to day regional query analysis and recommendation
    • Analytics, Reporting & Tracking rectifications on all AI Tools
    • Preparing Dashboards to enhance the Visibility for Field Team
    • Maintaining the Action Register of all regions regarding Network Stability.
    • Maintaining Action of Energy & OPEX
    • Tracking of MOM conducted with different stakeholders by generating an alert to the responsible person

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Education:

    Minimum Degree: Bachelors, BE/BSC Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Candidate with majors in Power are preferred)

    Work experience:

    Candidates must have Field Operations experience and an understanding of power infrastructure example different types of rectifiers, batteries, Generators, Solar Systems, Integrated Power, Integrated Power Systems & Remote Monitoring Systems.

    Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

    • Analytical Skills Reporting and presentation skills
    • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
    • Advanced level command over MS tools like, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
    • Proactive and Self Driven
    • Collaboration and Influencing
